This submission was developed by Yfoundations in February 2026 in response to the Alternative Classification Structure presented to the Fair Work Commission's (FWC's) Expert Panel on the Gender-based Undervaluation review of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award) and released in December 2025.

This submission complements our previous submission to the FWC’s Gender-based Undervaluation Priority Awards Review on 3 September 2025. In making this submission, Yfoundations welcomes many of the changes in the Alternative Classification Structure and advocates for the youth homelessness services sector in NSW, which is covered by the SCHADS Award, in responding to some of the issues raised by the panel.
