Our youth services are funded by various sources and aim to build resilient, independent and healthy young people. Our programs have strong networks in their local communities to provide a ‘no wrong door’ approach, making it easier for young people to access supports. Through a trauma-informed, person-centred and strengths based approach, our services ensure a flexible and evidence-based service model that strives to meet the needs of our service users and the community. Youth Rez provides case management support to young people with a living skills and accommodation support focus and aims to prevent homelessness. Youth Rez also offers a flexible brokerage program that considers the needs of the young person, their family or household when working to achieve a positive long-term housing outcome.
