The Policy and Research team at Yfoundations are proud to have an article published in the recent Council to Homeless Persons’ magazine Parity December 2022 issue: ‘Homelessness and the Law Revisited’. The article explores the relationship between adolescent homelessness, incarceration and violence. It delves into the Bail Act, the Bail and Accommodation Support Service (BASS), the intersection of children who experience violence or neglect and the youth justice system, and Yfoundations’ upcoming Youth Justice Project.
