healthAbility is shining a light on youth homelessness in Australia and will be hosting a free morning tea on Youth Homelessness Matters Day. Come say hi and chat to our friendly Reconnect team over some light refreshments and nibbles. 💬🍓 🍩

Our Reconnect Program supports youth who are at risk of homelessness. The team can provide one on one support through counselling and case management, and they recognise that individual young people and families may have multiple impacting needs requiring early intervention strategies. You can find more information here: https://healthability.org.au/services/reconnect/
