Marist180 YHMD Event

Marist180 is hosting a celebration acknowledging the strength of young people who have experienced homelessness. We would love to have you join us at Marist180 Skills Development Centre to celebrate Youth Homelessness Matters Day! 

YHMD is an important day of advocacy for sustainable and innovative solutions to support the needs of children and young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. We are helping to raise awareness about youth homelessness and put the issues and realities of young people experiencing and at risk of homelessness high on the public agenda.

There will be a sausage sizzle, merchandise, a free raffle, and you will be hearing from some of our young people who will be sharing their stories.

The Homelessness Team will also be on hand to answer questions and take referrals from those requiring support.

Please, come down and bring along any of the young people from your service.
